Thermage is a non–invasive Radio Frequency Energy System. Its volumetric and uniform heating is passed into the subcutaneous tissue layer causing immediate collagen contraction and stimulation. A grid will be placed on the skin to identify the areas of concern which may include the full face and eyes. The Thermage hand piece will be passed over each area and uses vibration to make the treatment more comfortable. Being that collagen growth is a gradual process, it can take from 4–6 months to see the full result. There is minimal to no downtime with the Thermage procedure and patients can return to work immediately.
